Gov. Ayade Appoints Comr. Goddy Nyiam as Acting DOPT DG, Others

In a statement released from the Office of the Chief of Staff on Monday, the Governor appointed Comr. Nyiam as the acting Director General of Cross River State Department of Public Transport, also appointed is Engr. Oxford Egbe to act as acting Director General of Cross River State Development Control Agency.

The statement reads:

Mr. Gov Ayade makes new appointments

His Excellency the state governor, Senator Professor Ben Ayade has approved the appointment of Mr. Godwin Nyiam as the acting Director General of the Department of Public Transportation (DOPT).

Similarly, His Excellency has also approved the appointment of Engr Oxford Egbe as the acting Director General of the Cross River State Development Control Agency.

Meanwhile, His Excellency has directed the Forestry Commission to take over the functions of the state’s Anti-Deforestation Task Force until further notice.
